New Tenant Questionnaire
Once you have applied to be added to the waiting list and you are called for a Plot Viewing, the WATA Committee would like you to respond to a few questions, this will allow us to show you an appropriate plot when you come on site to view the allotment plots. Please make sure that you have responded to the questionnaire before you visit the Allotment site for your viewing.

You can also print out a copy of the form and bring this with you to the plot viewing, but this is not mandatory.
