As you will already know from previous posts and information from Woodley Town Council (WTC), posted on the Main Gates and Notice Board, the Committee will be carrying out plot inspections on behalf of the Council during the week commencing 28th September 2026. These inspections will be carried out in line with the WTC 2026 Plot Inspections Policy.

To help tenants better understand what this means in practice, the Committee has updated its document, “Plot Inspections – What are the Criteria?”, in line with the new WTC policy. A copy of the updated document is attached to this email.

We hope this updated guidance will be helpful and will support tenants in meeting the inspection criteria.
