Yes it’s that time again!! Allotment road repairs are upon us and are scheduled for Saturday 11th September. There will be some disruption for traffic on site as we prepare before hand and during the work on the day.
We are looking for quite a few volunteers to help with this vital task, plus there is a FREE BBQ on offer after we have finished this important work. If you can help please contact us via email@example.com

As part of the preparations for the upcoming AGM and in response to the Draft Agenda – Special Bulletin 59 that was published last week, we have received a further proposal from another Association Member – Lianne Lewis of Plot M35 – for additional proposed changes the Constitution.
These additional proposed changes to the Constitution build on those already proposed and published in Special Bulletin 60 by another Association Member – Brian Hughes of Plot K33.

The Committee are please to announce the Draft Agenda for the upcoming Woodley Allotments Association at Reading Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 21st September 2021 at The Oakwood Centre, Woodley at 7:30pm.
If you would like Items for discussion to be added to the Agenda or if you would like to stand for election to the Committee, then you need to send that information to the email address mentioned at the bottom of the AGM Draft Agenda.

By now you will have seen the Special Bulletin (57) about the Launch of our New Facebook Group on the 1st of August.
As mentioned in the Special Bulletin, this new Facebook group has been created by the current Committee, is fully sanctioned by Woodley Town Council and will be run by the committee for all current & future tenants of the Reading Road site.
We have created a set of group rules (see our Data Policy) to help guide anyone that would like to post in the new Facebook group and we welcome any and all comments about our allotment site, our website, even the Facebook group itself and in fact any subject as long as it is related to allotments.
